JOB DETAIL

Human Resources
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention for both factory and office staff.
• Manage compensation, benefits, performance evaluations, and promotion processes.
• Ensure compliance with Thai labor law and all relevant statutory regulations.
• Monitor employee relations, handle conflict resolution, and implement disciplinary actions when needed.
• Organize training and development programs to improve employee skills and productivity.
• Maintain and update HR policies and employee handbook.
Administration
• Supervise general office operations, company licenses, and legal documents.
• Oversee facility management, office supplies, and administrative support services.
• Coordinate with external vendors, government agencies, and service providers.
• Support the Taiwanese management team
• Handle company events, internal communication, and staff welfare activities.
Reporting & Communication
• Prepare HR reports, KPIs, and staff turnover analysis for management review.
• Communicate effectively with both Thai and Taiwanese teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in HR budgeting and cost control.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
• At least 10 years of experience in overall HR & Administration, preferably in Furniture manufacturing.
• Has experience to manage team more than 5-10 subordinates
• Good command of Chinese (Mandarin) (HSK level 5 up) Must and Thai (spoken and written); English is a plus.
• Leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
