Sales Engineering & Sales Support function
o Assistant to Sales & marketing GM to lead the division.
o Sales activities to get inquiries from customer or distributor.
o Support the information to distributor. Main task can negotiate between customer and factory to find out the best solution about production, payment, delivery etc.
Discussing product specifications between customer and distributor.
Issue quotation and contract of the product specification to customer.
Delivery control.
Payment collection following up.
Able to visiting customers (Sometimes make a business trip to domestic throughout Thailand)
50% Visit customer by yourself, 50% visit customer with dealer.
Monthly report to estimate performance (Sales/Gross margin)
o Support to Sales team/ coordinate between divisions / Any assignment by GM.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in any related field.
• More than 3 years of experience as sales for new customers.
• Must have experience of construction equipment / Concrete / Asphalt. (Automobile No need)
• Prefer who have a customer database in hand or Have connection to get the customer contacts.
• Have experience in negotiating directly with business owners.
• English daily conversation skill is required.
• Knowledge of engineering (Prefer)
• Able to drive and go business trip throughout Thailand.
• Have good follower skills.
• Have multitask skills.
• Able to set up the priorities of the tasks.
