JOB DETAIL

- Responsible for meeting or exceeding sales targets for chemical products within the designated territory or industry sector.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of the company's chemical products, applications, and effectively communicate their value to customers.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape for strategic sales planning.
- Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations to customers, highlighting the benefits and features of chemical products.
- Collaborate with technical teams to provide customers with technical information, troubleshooting, and after-sales support.
- Skillfully negotiate pricing, contracts, and agreements with customers, maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions, sales forecasts, and market feedback.
- Drive to customer locations, meetings, and industry events as required to fulfill sales duties.
- Own personal vehicle (car) for business-related travel.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or a science major or a related field preferred.
- A minimum of 1-3 years of successful sales experience in the chemical industry or related sectors (Solvent (Coating, Painting, Ink)/Basic Chemical (Specialty Chemical)/Monomer)
- Strong understanding of chemical products, their properties, and applications in various industries.
- Proficiency in English and Thai languages (Intermediate level of English)
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey technical information to customers.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, along with a customer-focused mindset.
