JOB DETAIL

The Product Manager is responsible for overseeing assigned products that contribute directly to the company’s overall sales performance. This role serves as the key liaison between the company and the Regional Headquarters, ensuring that regional product strategies are effectively implemented within the designated markets. The position also involves building and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities include identifying customer needs, developing actionable plans to address them, and driving business growth through strategic use of marketing tools and networks—including dedicated sales teams, authorized distributors, and dealer channels.

Key Responsibilities
Distribution Account Sales
- Set annual product sales targets aligned with profitability goals.
- Conduct monthly sales forecasts and performance reviews in coordination with the Regional Headquarters and internal management.
- Manage shipment planning for sell-in activities.

Sales & Marketing Activities
- Develop and execute product plans based on 4P principles (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) to achieve sales targets and manage country stock.
- Implement and manage channel motivation tools such as promotions and incentive programs.
- Conduct regular market visits and surveys to gather competitive and consumer intelligence.
- Oversee forecasting systems and ensure optimal product availability across assigned territories.
- Serve as the main point of contact for special projects or other tasks as assigned by management.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business Administration /Electrical Engineering, or related fields
- At least 5 years of experience in Product Management, Business development in Visual product (Projector products)
- Have an experience in Business-to-Business sales (B2B) and channel management
- Good presentation and communication skills. Good personality
- Fluent in English listenning, reading, speaking, and writing
