- Providing engineering services to Customers
- Be a contact point of customer for all technical matters including customer service-related
queries (e.g. repair, parts), technical advisory service at site.
- Communicating with Head office and business partners for Report a voice of customer, customer’s request and any business-related circumstances in timely manner.
- Translate technical documents to English for easy understanding of Head office engineers in urgent case.
- Promote service menus to increase sales volume of aftermarket business.
- Get the voice of customers to find new service programs.
- Design enhancement of minor parts based on standard design application experience with very low risk in terms of integrity
- Proven track record in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical system.
- hands-on experience in machinery servicing or maintenance
- Hands-on experience in trouble shooting and resolving issues related to:
- PLC (Programable Logic Controllers)
- Servo systems and motor control
- Proficient in reading and interpreting mechanical and electrical schematics

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in machinery servicing or maintenance. Ideally in industrial or factory environments.
- Proven track record in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical system.
- Hands-on experience in trouble shooting and resolving issues related to: PLC (Programable Logic Controllers) and Servo systems and motor control
- Proficient in reading and interpreting mechanical and electrical schematics.
- Good computer skills (MS-Office, CAD, Network configuration, etc.)
- Fluency in English both spoken and written, for understanding technical documents and communicating with customers and international support teams.
