JOB DETAIL

• Lead and manage the sales team in promoting and selling chemical testing services to both existing and new customers.
• Identify, approach, and build relationships with potential clients to expand market presence and drive revenue growth.
• Develop sales and marketing tools, target new business opportunities, and develop solutions to strategically improve the overall competitive advantage of the customer.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (technical, operations, customer service) to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction.
• Provide regular reporting to senior management on team performance, sales pipeline, and customer feedback.
• Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by the Sales Manager or Director, depending on business needs.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in any field.
• At least 5-10 years working experience in Sales or Business development (has experience to manage team)
• Has work experience in Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC) business will be advantage
• Prefer in Chemical Testing field, Electrical Testing field and Automotive Testing filed
• Organization, communication skill and interpersonal skill
• Proactive, self-motivated and highly responsible
• Service-oriented with pleasant personality.
• Willing to travel by own car
• Have good relationship with provincial manufacturer will be an advantage.
• Knowledge and experiences with TIC business or services selling.
• Proficient in English (Report to foreigner manager)
