Lead and oversee the company’s digital transformation initiatives to ensure optimal IT performance and alignment with business goals.

Manage one or more teams responsible for planning, developing, and executing digital transformation (DX) projects and activities.

Develop strategic short-term and long-term plans for the Digital Transformation Platform (DXP) section and evaluate project outcomes.

Supervise IT personnel and daily IT operations within the DXP section to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.

Formulate and drive the overall digital transformation and application systems strategy and roadmap for the company.

Research and assess emerging technologies and products to support business innovation and achieve transformation goals.

Establish and enforce DX policies, procedures, and best practices related to the company’s computing infrastructure and applications.

Manage DXP budgets including forecasting, cost control, and ensuring cost-effectiveness in IT spending.

Align application systems with current and future business needs to maximize operational effectiveness.

Act as a champion for digital transformation tools and conduct training sessions to relevant departments and teams.

Lead and coordinate the Computer Security Incident Response Team (CSIRT) to protect company IT assets and data security.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.

Minimum 12-15 years of IT experience, including at least 5 years working directly in IT systems and a minimum 2 years in managerial roles.

Strong knowledge of database systems, operating systems, and IT infrastructure management.

Good command of English (TOEIC score 400 or equivalent), capable of reading, writing, and communicating effectively.

Proven leadership and team management skills.

Ability to work effectively in Ban Khai, Rayong.

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to technology innovation and digital transformation.
