JOB DETAIL
- Define and implement HR strategies, policies, and workforce planning in line with company goals
- Oversee talent acquisition processes including pre-screening and interviewing
- Manage employee training and development programs to enhance skills and performance
- Supervise compensation and benefits to ensure competitiveness and fairness
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Provide leadership in HR operations including labor law compliance, conflict resolution, and internal communication
- Collaborate with management to support organizational development and performance improvements
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management, General Management, or Business Administration
- At least 5 years of HR experience, including personnel development and managerial-level responsibilities
- Solid understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with good problem-solving skills
- Good command of English (written and spoken)
- Continuous learning mindset and ability to keep up with HR trends
