■General
Responsible for client's satisfaction. Manage around 20 clients with Team member.

■Detail
・After sales staff got order, coordinate with internal Team to provide Test Product
・Visual inspection or inspection with machine of the product
・Delivery products, and follow up
・When there has some problem, discuss with clients and internal stakeholders to solve the problem
・Negotiate as needed to provide better products
・Provide mass production model
・After support for clients as needed

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

■Must Have
・4+ years experience related as Mold Manufacturing with following positions:
Sales Engineer, QA Engineer, QC Engineer, Production Engineer
・English Lower Intermediate(Mainly for Read/Write)
・Good at communication

■Better to have
・Ever work at Japanese Company
・Knowledge about exterior parts about Automotive, or Camera
