Promote and sell the company’s agricultural products—including fertilizers, agrochemicals, plant nutrients, and related solutions—to agricultural supply stores and local retailers in the assigned area

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and farmers

Provide basic product information and technical support to customers, and follow up on product usage and satisfaction

Collect market insights, customer feedback, and competitor activities and report them to the regional manager

Support marketing activities and product launches in the assigned region in collaboration with the marketing team

Prepare and submit sales reports and performance updates as required

Work toward achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets while ensuring long-term customer retention

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Plant Science, Agronomy, or a related field

Minimum 2 years of experience in agricultural product sales (e.g., fertilizers, agrochemicals, plant growth products)

Familiarity with the local agricultural market and retailer network in Eastern or Southern Thailand is a strong advantage

Strong communication, negotiation, and time management skills

Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently under sales targets

Willing to travel extensively within the assigned region

Must hold a valid driver’s license and be able to drive (company vehicle provided)

Immediate availability is a plus
