JOB DETAIL

- Work closely with the Head of HR, Management, all line managers. Act as a single point of contact for all employees and relevant stakeholders with taking a comprehensive end-to-end processes and overall responsibility in the following areas,
Job Duties: Payroll Process. ,Compensation & Benefit System (HRIS and Process) ,Employee Service, General Affairs., Payroll Process Management
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll administration in compliance with legal and organizational requirements.
- Compensation & Benefits (C&B)
- Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of HRIS systems and C&B policies.
- Employee Services
- Provide effective employee support and foster a positive employee experience through timely services and responses.
- General Affairs
- Supervise general administration matters such as office supplies, workplace safety, and facilities coordination.
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with the Head of HR, management, and department heads to align HR practices with organizational goals.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's /Master Degree in Human Resources or related fields
- 10-15 years of professional experience in Human Resources, at least 3 years of direct / hands-on experience in each areas of responsibility.
- At least 3 years of working experience in Management Level.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills and able to work under pressure.
- Strong leadership and management skill.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and work well with people of all levels.
- Has the mindset of a Change Agent and Compliance.
