Develop and maintain strong working relationships with both local and international airlines to support effective fare negotiations and ticket procurement

Coordinate closely with airline partners for reservations, fare deals, and group booking arrangements

Handle day-to-day ticketing operations, including fare quoting, booking, issuance, reissuance, and refunds through GDS platforms (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre)

Analyze airfare structures and apply cost-effective strategies to optimize pricing and margin

Respond to group booking requests from the sales team in a timely and professional manner

Monitor ticketing KPIs, airline spend, and cost-saving opportunities to support business performance

Stay updated with airline policies, promotions, and contract fare agreements to ensure competitive pricing

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align ticketing operations with business objectives

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Minimum of 5 years of direct experience in air ticketing, preferably from a travel agency background

Proven experience in negotiating ticket fares and purchasing directly with airlines, not only end-customer ticket sales

Strong network and connections with airline ticketing/sales teams (both local and international). Please highlight specific airline connections in your CV — this is highly valued by our client

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term partnerships with airlines

Solid knowledge of airfare structures, GDS systems, and ticket pricing strategies

Experience in group ticketing or close coordination with airline sales/operation teams is an advantage
