JOB DETAIL

- Manage daily operations in Press, Injection, and Paint sections.
- Set and monitor KPIs to meet production targets.
- Monitor and improve equipment performance through preventive maintenance.
- Drive process improvements, cost control, and waste reduction.
- Supervise the production team and ensure safety, quality, and compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to meet delivery timelines.
- Plan and control production schedules, manpower, and material usage.
- Analyze production data and report to top management.
- Support training and development of team members to enhance performance and productivity.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Production/Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- At least 8 years work experience in press or paint or injection industry or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in managerial level.
- Computer skills: AutoCAD, SAP, Excel VBA, PLC programming would be advantageous.
- Good command of English communication, both written and spoken.
