• Plan and control production to align with company goals and production schedules.
Coordinate with related departments, including Sales, Production, Procurement, Warehouse, and Engineering, to ensure smooth production operations.
◦ Receive order information and customer requirements from the Sales team and develop production plans accordingly.
◦ Monitor production progress and adjust plans in response to order changes, material availability, or production capacity constraints.
◦ Analyze production data, efficiency, and costs to improve planning processes.
◦ Utilize SAP for production planning, control, and process tracking.
◦ Apply data analytics to optimize production planning, forecast demand, and identify process improvement opportunities.
◦ Develop reports and dashboards to visualize key production performance metrics.
◦ Resolve production planning issues, such as material shortages, capacity limitations, or urgent customer
◦ Continuously improve production planning strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Qualifications:
Job Specification
◦ Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.
◦ Minimum 1-2 years of experience in production planning.
◦ Proficiency in SAP for production planning is required.
◦ Strong knowledge of data analytics and ability to use tools such as Power BI, Python, or Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query) for data-driven decision-making.
◦ Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
◦ Excellent communication and coordination skills to work effectively across departments.
◦ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
◦ Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changes in production demands.
