JOB DETAIL

· Analyze business systems and information technology systems.
· Provide advice and solve systemic problems for users of Enterprise Resource Planning (SAP) and maintain the system (System Administrator) with stability.
· Create a knowledge base backup for the management and maintenance team to increase efficiency and stability for the company.
· Responsible for other tasks assigned by the supervisor to support the work to achieve the objectives and be in line with the company's business policy.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other related fields.
· At least 2 years of experience in SAP and ERP systems or at least 2 years of programming and knowledge of database management.
· Knowledgeable and proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer programs.
· Good interpersonal skills.
· Good command of English is required. TOEIC, TOEFL or IELTS score is a plus.
