JOB DETAIL

As an interpreter at the factory:Interpret in the factory and office (mainly work at the factory).
*The factory is air-conditioned.

-Interpret at the factory
-Provide interpretation support for technical training sessions led by Japanese staff
-Translate documents and technical materials from Japanese to Thai and vice versa
-Assist Japanese supervisors in daily communication with Thai operators and engineers
-Support communication between production staff and Japanese management

Note: This position involves technical terminology related to manufacturing, especially printed circuit board (PCB)-related products.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

-Must have bachelor’s degree in Japanese language or related field (both for new grads and non-new grads)

[For new grads]
-Obtained JLPT N2 or N3
-Intermediate or higher level of English (internal communication and email are all in English)
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

[For non-new grads]
-Minimum 3 years of interpretation experience in the manufacturing industry (especially electronics or PCB-related)
-Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N1 or N2 holder (N3 considered if nearly Upper Intermediate)
-Intermediate or higher level of English (internal communication and email are all in English)
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
