- Be responsible for daily shipping, guide freight forwarders and suppliers to ship, control the freight costs and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of shipping.
- Confirm booking information and order information, double confirm with buyers and suppliers to ensure the accuracy of the final booking information.
- Compare the shipping quotations and choose the best price/service.
- Cooperate with overseas for customs clearance and provide supplement documents/information in time.
- Cooperate and guide the booking process for sea/air/express import and export operations.
- Generate weekly/monthly logistics reports.
- Update the status of shipment by see/air on time.
- Verify monthly express bills and arrange the payment.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree, major in supply chain management or logistic management is preferred.
- Good computer skill: Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and Power point. 
- Work experience in relevant position with 1-3 years will be preferred, good fresh graduates will be also considered.
- Good English ability in reading, listening, speaking and writing. Command of Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
- Familiar with the operation process of various logistics practices.
- Steady, meticulous, active thinking, and innovative spirit.
- Good sense of cross-department cooperation and service.
- Strong learning ability and sense of responsibility, and strong ability to deal with affairs independently.
