JOB DETAIL

• Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the company's EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) program.
• Ensure smooth data exchange, troubleshooting issues, and training staff, while also monitoring performance and compliance.
• Advise on HS Code (Harmonized System Code) classification and permit requirements for import-export entries in compliance with customers' instructions.
• Coordinate with internal teams and customers to ensure import-export documentation (e.g., FTA forms, import license) is accurate and submitted on time.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in EDI operations and import-export compliance.
• Strong knowledge of HS code (Harmonized System Code) analysis, customs permit requirements, and international trade regulations.
• Must have a valid Customs Specialist Certificate (ใบรับรองผู้ชำนาญการศุลกากร)
• Fair command of English
• Proficient in MS Office
