1.) Maintain relationships with existing customers and actively seek new business opportunities
2.) Coordinate with Japanese clients and provide timely and professional communication
3.) Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to meet company goals
4.) Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth operations
5.) Prepare sales reports, presentations, and market analysis

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1.) Proficiency in Japanese language (JLPT N2 level is highly preferred)
2.) Prior experience working with Japanese companies or within Japanese corporate culture
3.) Experience in the automotive industry is a strong advantage
4.) Good command of English (able to communicate effectively)
5.) Strong communication and negotiation skills
6.) Proactive, responsible, and able to work well under pressure
7.) Ability to work independently and as part of a team
