JOB DETAIL

- Operate and record accounting transaction in AR, AP, and GL functions, ensure smooth daily operations.
- Review and ensure the accuracy of accounting records in compliance with accounting standards.
- Input data of invoices, input VAT and withholding tax in AP system. Prapare/review relevant tax forms including PP.30, 36 and PND 3, 53, 54 to submit the Revenue Department.
- Review and ensure compliance with various tax obligations such as withholding tax, value-added tax (VAT) and corporate income tax.
- Review supplier invoices and prepare bank payments, ensuring compliance with payment policies. Operate payment as requested.
- Participate in budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning; ensure departmental target are met.
- Collaborate on ERP development and ensure full utilization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Procurement, Production, and Management.
- Other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting related field.
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in accounting field AP,AR,GL from manufacturing company.
- Strong understanding of Thai tax regulations and financial reporting standard.
- Proficiency in ERP.
- Intermediate level of English.
