JOB DETAIL

• Develop and implement sales strategies to expand logistics business in Thailand and globally.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in Freight Forwarding, Warehousing, and Supply Chain.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Analyze customer needs and provide tailored logistics solutions, including Air & Sea Freight, Cross-border Logistics, and Project Cargo.
• Drive sales performance to achieve targets (Hunter 100%) while preparing reports and market analysis to refine sales strategies.
• Negotiate pricing and service terms with transport service providers to secure competitive rates.
• Collaborate with regional and global teams to explore and develop business opportunities.
• Represent the company at trade shows and industry events to expand networks and business prospects.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in the logistics industry and 10+ years in Freight Forwarding, specializing in Air & Sea Freight.
• Strong Hunting & Business Development skills, with the ability to attract new clients and close high-value deals.
• Experience serving clients in industries such as Automotive, FMCG, Beverage, and others.
• Expertise in Bidding, Quotation Analysis, and Pricing Strategy.
• Excellent skills in negotiation, strategic planning, and project management.
• In-depth knowledge of customs regulations and international trade compliance.
• Fluent in English or Japanese, Chinese
