■General
Manage whole HR & GA functions, especially HR tasks
Supervise work to achieve the objectives and goals of the department that have been set.

■Detail
・Manage Hiring tasks, and manage Training for employee
・Manage company regulation. Update as needed to following Thai latest law structure
・Develop and Employee Evaluation System with Japanese manager. Manage installation, operation of new system.
・Manage Salary Calculation of employee
・Managing direct and coordinate the needs for Administration General Affairs Office Supplies and Facilities
・Supervise and inspect the quality documentation system in use to compliance and functionality
・Support update Visa/Work permit for Japanese Manager
・Manage subordinates, report to Japanese Manager

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

■MUST HAVE
・10+ years experience as HR or HR/GA staff
(Including 2+ years experience at manufacturing companies)
・Ever work as Assistant Manager level or Upper
・Ever work at Japanese Company, Ever work closely with Japanese Manager
・Intermediate Level of English

■Better to Have
・Ever update Company Regulation *Big Advantage
・Ever update Employee Evaluation System *Big Advantage
・Knowledge about Labor Law*Big Advantage
・Japanese Intermediate level（Will given special consideration）
