Looking for Sales Assistant member to support the import and distribution operations, primarily handling frozen seafood and meat products.

Responsibilities:
-Coordinate logistics tasks from order receipt to delivery (including warehouse coordination and shipment arrangements)
-Stick control Management (Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records)
-Issue and send invoices to customers
-Check and organize import documentation such as invoices, packing lists, and B/Ls
-Communicate with logistics providers, warehouse companies, and customs agents
-Support the sales team with administrative duties related to product flow

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

-Bachelor's degree in a related field.
-At least 3–4 years of experience in logistics, trading, or supply chain administration
-Having professional experience handling import procedures and documentation
-Good communication and coordination skills with internal departments and external service providers
-Attention to detail, especially with inventory records and documentation
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
-Intermediate level of English (the higher the better)
-Strictly no job hopper

Preferred:
- Working experience in a Japanese company
