JOB DETAIL

• Handle all BOI Process.
• Management Export/Import BOI Document.
• Provide pro-forma Invoice and packing list and shipping document to customer.
• Provide and coordinate with Engineer Department and update new BOM and formula to BOI.
• Coordinate with Forwarder for ship the product.
• Request and the freight schedule, and submit the related document.
• Inform the details of shipment forwarder.
• After checked if there’s no any mistake, will confirm forwarder to process to release the shipment.
• Report and communication of all Customs issues to Management.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Bachelor Degree in related field.
At least 2 years experience.
Good knowledge of BOI Operation ex. New project approval, Amendment, Raw material stock control (Formula, Cutting stock balance, Disposal etc.)
Good command both of spoken and written English.
Work ability under pressure.
Good communication Skill.
