JOB DETAIL
1.Sales Management
- Set monthly and quarterly sales targets by channel.
- Monitor sales performance by store and SKU, and summarize reports for management.
- Calculate daily, per person (PC), and per store average targets.
2.Team Management
- Supervise and coach both Supervisors and PC (Product Consultants).
- Schedule new product trainings, shelf inspections, and store visits.
- Conduct monthly performance evaluations with Supervisors.
3.Key Account Management (Retail Negotiation)
- Act as the brand representative in negotiations with buyers and retail purchasing teams.
- Propose new promotions, store openings, GP adjustments, and negotiate deals.
- Coordinate special events such as Beauty Fairs and nationwide campaigns.
4.In-store Marketing Planning
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create in-store promotions.
- Plan POSM materials, shelf talkers, and tester displays with the graphic design team.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Modern Trade channels.
- Experience dealing with Central or The Mall Group is a strong advantage.
- Proven experience in sales team management, or working in Modern Trade Sales, Key Account, or Trade Marketing will be specially considered.
- Owns a personal vehicle and is willing to travel upcountry occasionally.
- Strong communication skills with management, retail chains, and operational teams.
- Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and presentation tools.
