Basic function :
- Head of Copper plating process engineering.
- Process engineers are main in designing, implementing, and optimizing processes to ensure efficient, safe, and cost-effective operations

Duties and Responsibility :
- Head of Copper plating process engineering.
- Process engineers are main in designing, implementing, and optimizing processes to ensure efficient, safe, and cost-effective operations
- Set up project and manage engineering team to achieve KPI Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost saving
- Establish process control standard both of machine and operation. Periodical review to compliance with customer requirement.
- Review process capacity and improvement to maximize overall process efficiency follow company requirement.
- Improvement product yield and process capability
- Participation in owner department and others to improvement in items of safety, quality, delivery and cost
- Participation in client/contractor meetings

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor or higher degree in engineering field. Prefer chemical engineering.
- More than 5 years experience In Plating process, experience in PCB or FPC process will get special consideration
- Great skill for problem analysis, prefer the person who has skill of analysis tooling ex. JUMP / power BI program. SPC control , MSA.
- Good skill for process improvement ie. Continuous improvement, Lean manufacturing, Six sigma etc.
- Have Leadership and experience to organize sub-ordinates about 5-10 persons
- Good communication and cooperation skill to work activities efficiently
- Good English both of written, reading and speaking.
