JOB DETAIL

System Support:
- Provide support for the use of key organizational applications such as ERP systems, Human Resource Management (HR) systems, procurement systems, and financial systems to ensure smooth business operations
- Work closely with internal users to troubleshoot issues and answer inquiries.

ERP System Maintenance:
- Responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and developing/improving the ERP system to ensure its efficiency.

Internal Software Support:
- Manage and fix issues in software systems developed using VB.Net, as well as improve the system to meet the needs of different departments.

System Documentation and Coordination:
- Work with various teams to ensure systems are integrated and function efficiently together.
- Prepare and update documentation related to the systems and workflow processes.

User Training and Consulting:
- Provide ERP system and business application training to users.
- Create user manuals or learning materials, and offer guidance when implementing new systems or changes.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree in IT related field.
- More than 10 years of experiece in IT field.
- Proven experience in managing *IT infrastructure, *leading development teams (including in-house developers and external vendors) with responsibility for *defining development roadmaps and *project plans, and *overseeing IT support operations, budgets, and system programs.
- Familiar with Microsoft Dynamics 365, including requirements gathering and process implementation.
- Lower Intermediate level of English. (If have TOEIC score 500 or higher will be an advantage).
- Able to work on 1-2 Saturdays per month depends on company's calendar.
Remark:
- Total Working Days per Year: 250 days
- Work Hours: Mon. - some Saturdays 7.30-16.30)
- วันทำงานวันเสาร์จะนำมาหยุดวันธรรมดาในช่วงวันหยุดยาว สงกรานต์และปีใหม่ 8-10วันของปีนั้นๆ
