Interpretation & Translation
-Provide real-time interpretation (Japanese ↔ English/Thai) during meetings, conferences, and business discussions.
-Translate documents, emails, presentations, and reports from Japanese to English/Thai and vice versa with high accuracy.
-Support Japanese expatriates and visitors with language assistance in daily work settings.

Coordination & Support
-Coordinate between Japanese managers and local teams to ensure smooth workflow and mutual understanding.
-Schedule and organize meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items.
-Assist in cross-functional communication between departments (e.g., sales, logistics, HR, production).

Administrative Support
-Handle administrative tasks such as travel arrangements, expense reports, and office communication related to Japanese staff.
-Help interpret company policies and procedures for Japanese team members.
-Assist with onboarding and training support for Japanese employees or partners.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

-Bachelor’s degree in Japanese Language, Business Administration, or a related field.
-Proficient in Japanese Upper intermediate level (JLPT N2 or N1 ), English Toeic score 800 Up
-4– 5years of experience in interpretation/coordination roles, preferably in a multinational or manufacturing environment.
-Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
-Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
-Cultural awareness and sensitivity in a multicultural work environment.
