JOB DETAIL

Basic function
1 Total management of each NPI sub-department
2 Make a KPI in own department
3 Make a plan of number products and team member
4 Manage NPI engineers to achieve works without any delay
5 Support engineers to communicate with other department and other factory for proceed NPI job
6 Attend the interview to recruit new engineers
7 Make a plan to train new engineer
8 Communicate with customer about technical issues in prototype stage and share information to concern.
9 Coordinate with other section to serve customer requirement
10 Take response on new product with overall management (schedule, technology, quality) from prototype stage until new product qualification

Duties and Responsibility :
1 Issue report to customer ex daily report, weekly report or other from customer requirement.
2 Summary and review report before sent to customer ex OK2B, postmortum, Line qualification etc.
3 Do/arrange/coordinate with test sample or DOE to achieve the objective.
4 Coordinate and follow up other section to close MIL.
5 Organize the build review and make the MIL list for improvement.
6 Representative of factory to present or report to customer
7 Manage/share information from customer to factory
8 Audit in pre-audit before line qualification (Assy)
9 Support with concern section for quality issue (quality improvement, claim, etc)
10 Support engineer/chef engineer to achieve customer requirement
11 Responsible to the duty of safety officer in management level as defined in safety laws
12 Support quality (ISO 9001), Environment (ISO-14001) and Occupational Health & Safety Management System (ISO45001).

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree in any field or promoted person with term in grade at least as company requirement.
- Experience over 8 years in NPI (New product introduction)
- Experience in PCB or FPC process will get special consideration.
- Good relationship and good collaboration.
- Good command of English, computer & calculation skill.
