The Production Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing production processes, ensuring quality standards, and coordinating with cross-functional teams across international offices. This role reports directly to the Manager (foreigner) and requires strong collaboration with Taiwan and Hong Kong teams.

- Monitor and improve production processes to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Work closely with suppliers located near the factory to maintain a smooth production cycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Taiwan and Hong Kong to align production strategies and solve technical challenges.
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards within the production facility.
- Occasionally travel to the Bangkok office (Sathorn Square) for meetings or collaborative work.
- Assist the Manager in preparing production reports and updating stakeholders on progress.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a production engineering role, ideally in electronics manufacturing.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Good communication and coordination skills to work with diverse teams, including international counterparts.
- Proficiency in production analysis tools and methodologies.
- Excellent written & spoken English. (TOEIC at least 750)
- Ability to work effectively in a factory environment and adapt to occasional travel requirements.
