- Collaborate with relevant sections to analyze and identify training needs and human resource development for current and future tasks and projects.
- Partner with sections to design and deliver a learning journey aligned with the organization's goals.
- Execute training activities and communicate the training plan to all relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor and evaluate training outcomes, including performance improvements, satisfaction, and competency growth.
- Continuously update and maintain training records, certifications, summaries, and reports. Stay informed about trends, technologies, and tools in the software industry for ongoing improvements.
- Provide regular feedback and insights on training programs, suggest areas for improvement aligned with the organization's goals.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience as HR Training (Learning & development or people development).
- Intermediate level of English. *Able to create documents, emails, and reports in English.
- If have working experience in IT or software industry is an advantage.
