Refrigerant Circuit Design for Multi Air Systems (VRF Indoor & Outdoor Units for Buildings)
1. Product Specification Design
o Define feasible product specifications based on product requirements such as target performance, running temperature range, size, etc.
o Identify key issues and design risks, and develop strategic plans to mitigate them.
o Design refrigerant circuits (consider circuit structure and appropriate refrigerant quantity).
o Design and select refrigerant circuit components (e.g., compressor, heat exchanger, solenoid valve, capillary, etc.) through performance testing and suitability evaluation.
2. Prototyping & Validation
o Create product drawings and coordinate with part vendors for adjustments.
o Test and evaluate prototype parts, and analyze detailed test results.
3. Project Management
o Manage project progress related to refrigerant circuit design and collaborate technically with relevant departments.
o Plan and define design policies.
o Promote improvement policies and problem-solving within your area of technical expertise.
4. Documentation
o Prepare design documents and technical reports (primarily in English).
Managerial Role
• Demonstrate hands-on technical leadership by supporting and mentoring junior engineers.
• Aim to apply experience to improve design quality and internalize technical standards.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Education: Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience related to air conditioning systems and refrigerant circuit design.
• Design experience specifically with VRF systems (both indoor and outdoor units).
• Deep understanding of air conditioning systems and refrigerant circuits.
• Skilled in reviewing technical drawings.
• Ability to independently gather necessary information and carry out tasks.
• Willingness to grow and capability to mentor and support younger staff.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in refrigerant circuit design for heat recovery models of multi air conditioners for buildings (VRF).
• Japanese language ability (for communication with the head office in Japan).
• Experience in managing a department or team as a leader
