You will take full ownership of our Smart Vending operations in Thailand, leading the charge in building a technology-driven, scalable, and customer-centric retail ecosystem. This role requires comprehensive leadership across product development, commercial performance, team management, and operational excellence.

You’ll be responsible for both the strategic vision and day-to-day execution, working closely with cross-functional teams—including engineering, sales, and operations—to deliver innovative solutions. Your mission is to drive business growth through technology, streamline processes, and deliver a seamless customer experience across all vending touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities
Business Leadership & Strategic Direction
• Develop and execute strategic business plans for the Smart Vending division.
• Align priorities with the CEO and contribute to broader vision of transforming retail through technology.
• Set and track annual goals related to revenue, operational KPIs, and the product roadmap.
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and emerging innovation trends.
Technology Operations & Product Development
• Oversee technology strategy, system architecture, and feature deployment across vending machines and digital platforms.
• Lead engineering and product teams in delivering robust, scalable, and user-friendly solutions.
• Ensure system reliability, data integrity, and technical performance through proactive monitoring and continuous improvements.
Sales Strategy & Performance
• Define and drive sales targets across monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles in line with product and market strategies.
• Develop pricing models, promotional campaigns, and value-added solution packaging.
• Analyze sales pipelines, conversion rates, and customer engagement to inform commercial strategy.
• Partner with business development and marketing teams to enhance go-to-market execution.
Team & Operations Management
• Lead and manage cross-functional teams across technology, sales, operations, and technical support.
• Foster a high-performance culture focused on innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
Financial Management & Reporting
• Manage full P&L responsibility, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Optimize cost structures while maintaining focus on sustainable profitability.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5–8+ years of leadership experience in technology-driven organizations.
• Strong background in smart retail, vending automation, or IoT-based systems is highly desirable.
• Proven track record in managing end-to-end product lifecycles, leading technical teams, and delivering strong commercial outcomes.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional internal teams and external stakeholders.
• In-depth understanding of system architecture, product design, and integration across hardware and software platforms.
• Skilled in sales forecasting, business modeling, and tracking technology-enabled KPIs.
• Familiarity with product management tools, data analytics platforms, and operational dashboards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities, with excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strategic thinker who embraces a hands-on, solution-oriented approach.
• Highly adaptable, with a strong customer-first mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Meticulous attention to detail and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in both English and Thai, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
