• Issue for billing document to customer part of Summary
• Issue for receipt document to customer part of Summary
• Issue for withholding tax certificate document to Vender
• ERP: Record account receivable income payment, Account Payable vender,
• ERP: Record Payment, Petty Cash, Clearing Suspense Tax, IPS issue PO on ERPD365
• Adjust Account Receivable, Account Payable
• Issue and apply PND 3, 53
• Issue PP 30 report, and submit to RD
• Reconciliation VAT with document, Issue bank reconciliation
• Check invoice (screen and file), Stationary stock control, Purchase order stationary, Classified document, Income letter
• Arrange to messenger
• Checking document before filing
• Prepare document RO20 and go to RVD
• Control accounting document
• Additional other tasks as assigned by a Manager

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree (Major in Accounting)
• Have experienced in accounting file
• Have experienced in Dynamic 365 in advantage
• Able communication in English
