- Design accounting systems and manage accounting and financial processes in line with company policies
- Prepare financial forecasts and reports such as balance sheets and profit & loss statements, including related reports, and ensure accurate and timely month-end closings
- Analyze financial data and present insights to management
- Prepare budgets and cash flow statements to support business decisions
- Plan and oversee monthly and annual tax matters, provide recommendations and updates to management
- Manage cash flow planning and company asset management
- Review financial documents, oversee accounting systems, and lead the team to achieve set goals efficiently
- Delegate tasks, verify accuracy, and monitor performance of subordinates
- Coordinate with production units to ensure accurate cost accounting
- Analyze financial data and report real-time business insights to support company performance
- Liaise with external parties such as auditors, Revenue Department, and other related entities

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Analyze, manage, and monitor credit extended to customers effectively
- Oversee credit management, collections, and customer relationship building
- Coordinate with internal departments for efficient financial planning
- Liaise and negotiate with debtors, creditors, and financial institutions
- Prepare cash flow reports, plan financial inflow and outflow, analyze financial plans, and report to management
- Review financial transaction documents according to authorization limits
- Verify records of issued and received cheques
- Reconcile bank statements
- Prepare budget reports and variance analysis
- Prepare loan drawdown documents (e.g., promissory notes, P/N)
- Handle international payment documents (e.g., T/T, L/C, T/R)
- Manage forward contract documentation for foreign exchange
- Supervise and coordinate the work of subordinates to ensure efficient performance in line with company goals
