JOB DETAIL

This position is to work as Accounting Manager with two three members.

- Prepare financial statements (PL, BS, CF) and ensure their accuracy.
- Communicate with a CPA, including confirming accounts receivable/payable balances and inventory audits.
- Handle accounting processes, including bookkeeping, monthly reports, and financial closing.
- Manage corporate tax, VAT, and some personal income tax processing.
- Handle foreign exchange booking, deposit management, and payments.
- Oversee payroll processing.
- Support audits from the Japan HQ.
- Ensure compliance with transfer pricing regulations.
- Other related tasks assigned by manager.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

-Must have CPD License
-Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
-English proficiency at upper intermediate level or higher (for communication with Japanese expats).
-Must have more than 10 years of working experience as an accountant.
-Team management experience.
-No job hopper

Preferred:
- Working experience in a Japanese company
