Subsidiaries Support:
1.) Perform as a member of subsidiaries companies' IT infrastructure project implementation such as PC replacement, Server replacement, Email system migration, Antivirus client upgrade, etc.
2.) Support subsidiaries IT to maintain the security of IT infrastructure system by suggesting/implementing proper security software/devices and settings, and other appropriate security measures.
3.) Research, test, and recommend new IT infrastructure technologies to the subsidiary's IT.
4.) Analyze and troubleshoot IT Infrastructure system issues reported by each subsidiary IT.
5.) Create, develop, implement, and maintain the standard of IT infrastructure for subsidiaries.
6.) Performs systems administration functions for computer systems and related computing environments including servers, storage arrays, virtual hosts/hypervisors, routers, switches, firewalls, WAN, LAN, VLAN, WLAN, VPN, Active Directory, software inventory and licenses, etc.
7.) Monitors server, storage, and network devices' health and performance, and performs preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure the health or performance of systems.
8.) Ensures data security and availability through proper backup and restore procedures.
9.) Assists in IT hardware and software rollouts, including PCs, printers, network devices, and other IT resources.
10.) Travel to support subsidiaries and attend conferences, and seminar for IT training as necessary.
11.) Regular attendance at work and at scheduled meetings.
12.) Other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1.) Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
2.) 5 years of experience in an IT infrastructure system support or IT infrastructure engineer or relevant role.
3.) Experience implementing and supporting PC, server, network, IT hardware, and software under a Windows environment.
4.) VMware, Hyper-V, SAN storage management experience is highly desired.
5.) Certified in CCNA, CCNP, MCSA, MCSE, and ITIL is highly desired.
6.) Able to travel and work up-country and abroad.
7.) Ability to communicate effectively in English
