JOB DETAIL

- Oversee all factory operations, set goals, and establish policies and production plans in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as Production, Warehouse, Quality Control, etc., to ensure smooth operations according to the established plans and policies.
- Manage daily production output to maximize efficiency, reduce waste, and continuously improve processes to achieve production targets within the allocated budget.
- Oversee machinery maintenance, research new technologies, and ensure optimal machine performance.
- Assign workforce appropriately according to production capacity, monitor performance, and evaluate employees.
- Handle other tasks as assigned by management and report directly to the Managing Director.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Factory Management, Business Administration, or other related fields.
- Strong English communication skills and ability to train employees.
- Familiarity with GMP, Halal, and ISO quality systems.
- Prior experience in a cosmetics manufacturing company is a plus.
- At least 3 years of experience in an industrial factory.
- Candidates with a High-Level Safety Officer (จป.เทคนิคขั้นสูง) certification will be given special consideration.
