JOB DETAIL

・Manage and lead the marketing team, providing guidance and problem-solving support
・Plan marketing strategies, identify tools, and seek opportunities to increase brand awareness and sales
・Analyze competitors' strategies, develop marketing strategies and promotions to drive sales and brand awareness
・Plan and develop new products for market launch in collaboration with the sales and product development teams
・Oversee and coordinate both online and offline marketing activities as assigned
・Maintain customer trust, gather consult

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

・Bachelor's degree in Marketing or at least 3 years of experience in marketing.
・Interested in or experienced in FMCG products, especially snacks
・Experience in one or more of the following: Marketing, Product Development, or Market Research
・Energetic, proactive, modern, and up-to-date with online trends and marketing news
・Creative, a good team player, and able to work under pressure
・Strong analytical skills, interested in marketing, planning, and strategy development; experience in research and statistical tools like SPSS is a plus
・Strong presentation and public speaking skills, good communication, and willing to work on-site when needed
・Proficient in Thai and English (TOEIC, IELTS, or TOEFL scores are a plus)
・Design skills and proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or video editing will be an advantage
