JOB DETAIL
1. Builds business by identifying and selling prospects and maintaining relationships with clients.
2. Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching, and analyzing sales options.
3. Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects, recommending solutions.
4. Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; and recommending profit and service improvements.
5. Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
6. Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
7. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; and participating in professional societies.
8. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
9. Collects customers’ outstanding bills and debt and closes AR within an appropriate period.
10. Trains and guides new Sales Executive with all protocols, paperwork, proposal preparation, and basic but precise and correct Enoteca product knowledge.
11. Conducts wine training externally to hotels, restaurants, and corporate staff upon request.
12. Leads and organizes company activities, wine events, etc.
13. Comes up with projects, and proposals with planning and consideration on Pros and Cons, ROI plan, P&L plan to close the deal with key prospects.
14. Follow company rules, regulations, compliance, and structure made by the company governance and management.
15. Submit all required documents and paperwork properly as instructed.
16. Follow and operate other tasks and work requested by line manager, company management, and HQ.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
• At least 3 years of experience in B2B/HORECA wine sales.
• Proven experience in wine sales within the HORECA sector, with a strong focus on 4-5 star hotels in Phuket.
• Existing client base or the ability to bring in new customers.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
• Owns a car and holds a valid driver’s license.
• Strong negotiation, planning, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Positive, energetic, and adaptable personality.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Wine knowledge.
• Ability to read or understand French is an advantage.
• Prior experience working in the wine industry.
• Open-minded and eager to learn new skills.
