- Operations & Project Execution
• Plan, manage, and oversee event production and installation.
• Supervise event setup, branding, and quality control.
• Ensure projects align with budget, quality standards, and deadlines.
• Communicate with clients, internal teams, and suppliers for project execution.

- Budgeting & Cost Control
• Estimate project costs, including materials, equipment, and contractors.
• Control project expenses and ensure cost efficiency.
• Manage supplier negotiations and vendor agreements.

- On-Site Management
• Visit event sites to oversee installations.
• Ensure project deliverables meet client expectations.
• Address any last-minute challenges or crisis management needs.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Event Management, or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience in booth production, event installation, or exhibition construction.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Internet, and design software (SketchUp, AutoCAD, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of building materials and event production logistics.
- Excellent command of English.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Must own personal car and driving license
