【Background】
Digital Transformation Consultant Position
Seeking a consultant for our Digital Transformation Team within Thailand Consulting Practice. The role involves analyzing client business environments, understanding practical digital solutions, designing implementation blueprints for maximum benefit, assessing ROI, digital organization design, creating PoC/research designs, and developing DX resources.
Solutions include CRM big data analysis, marketing/supply chain planning, IoT for preventive maintenance, smart factory automation, GPS-based transportation optimization, retail demand simulation, and preventive medical solutions.

【Main Duty】
・DX promotion for the factory industry

【Job Description】
・Understanding and influencing team members using company philosophy to foster a cohesive and productive team environment.
・Developing and implementing comprehensive digital transformation strategies that align with client goals and industry best practices.
・Conducting benchmarking studies and assessing the return on investment (ROI) of various digital transformation initiatives to ensure value delivery.
・Managing and nurturing relationships with business partners to facilitate successful collaboration and project outcomes.
・Leading and overseeing consulting projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
・Providing expert-level business consulting project management, including resource allocation, timeline management, and risk mitigation.
・Communicating effectively with all levels of stakeholders, including C-level executives, to convey strategic insights and recommendations.
・Conducting detailed analyses of business and customer needs to develop tailored digital transformation plans.
・Advising clients on the latest digital trends and technologies to help them stay competitive in their respective markets.
・Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a holistic approach to digital transformation initiatives.

・Each team runs a project with 5-6 staff

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

【Must】
・Bachelor's degree in business Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.　
・Upper Intermediate Level of English
・More than 2 years of strategy consulting experience
・More than 2 years of experience leading small teams including planning/structuring analytical work and facilitating team workshops
・Proven track record of success in developing and implementing digital transformation strategies

・Business & Systems Analysis
Proven experience in analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and identifying solutions.
・Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills
Ability to break down complex issues, find root causes, and implement effective solutions.
・Database Knowledge
Familiarity with database concepts and data modeling. Experience in design and management is a plus.
・Communication & Teamwork
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
・Continuous Learning
Passion for new technologies and digital transformation, with a quick grasp of new concepts.
