- Perform and grantor jobs related to agreement preparation and related jobs.
- Checking control.
- Act as Custodian for all safekeeping documents and its related job.
- Act as check and grantor of handled systems for customer information, facility & collateral registration in relation to responsible products.
- Act as check and grantor for handles systems for daily execution in relation to responsible products.
- Perform and grantor condition precedent, signature verification & provisional transaction control (i.e. Application for guarantee, drawing notice, receipt, etc.) and its related subjects.
- Operate, check and grantor of handled products in relation to required regulatory reports, HO reports or branch reports including physical checking.
- Operator, check and grantor of handled products in relation to required regulatory reports, HO reports or branch reports including physical checking.
- Monitor the efficiency, effectiveness and quality of the operation, and propose action for improvement to cope with the changing business or customer needs.
- Make correspondence with internal, external, inter-office and Head Office about concerning jobs or procedure or regulations.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor Degree or above in finance, Business Administration, Economics, or any related fields.
- At least 10 years working in Commercial Bank- Credit Admin/Commercial Loan function, preferably in foreign bank
- Solid experience in people management role
- English: Business Communication level
