JOB DETAIL

• Manage the Sales Department, including sales performance, sales forecasting, results, and profits, to achieve targets and goals such as new customer development, etc.
• Maintain and continuously improve the company’s competitive position in the market, as well as identify new business opportunities.
• Drive the company’s business goals in terms of sales, brand awareness, and profitability.
• Analyze the market for new product development and pricing strategies, including competitor analysis and future trends.
• Develop and execute strategic plans and sales directions, coordinating with other departments to achieve maximum efficiency and profitability for the company.
• Create and maintain excellent working relationships with all customers.
• Manage and supervise subordinates, providing guidance and ensuring compliance with company rules and regulations.
• Report on sales performance, propose long- and short-term plans, and analyze market trends.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in business admiration or related field.
• At least 10 years as B2B Sales
• At least 5 years as a Manager with Subordinates (to manage subordinates, strong driving sales department)
• Strong Sales & related Achievement
• Business Development Experience/ Ability
• Good command in English (Internal/ External communication, report with Management)
• Analytical, initiative for new solutions and strategy with problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well under pressure with excellent negotiation
• Strong leadership and management abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of the pouch packaging industry.
• Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs.
• Make Biz Strategy
• Research Market Information from Sources such as Customer and Supplier
• Share Technical information with Internal key members
• Be able to propose a way to achieve projects against all related departments
