- Responsible for overall financial planning and management of the company.
- Prepare budgets, cost control, and financial analysis.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with both international and local accounting standards.
- Manage the company's cash flow, restructure capital, and enhance the efficiency of fund utilization.
- Develop financial policies and processes to ensure compliance with regulations and legal requirements.
- Oversee taxation in Thailand, manage tax filings, and optimize tax management.
- Support the executive team in decision-making by providing professional financial advice and insights.
- Manage and develop the finance team to ensure efficient financial operations.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Proficient in Chinese, with strong communication skills in Thai (especially regarding taxation and local business matters) and English.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or Accounting. (CPA)
- At least 5 years of experience in financial management with a solid understanding of financial and tax regulations.
- Proficient in financial tools and software, with excellent data analysis skills.
- Highly responsible, able to work under pressure, and capable of handling complex financial tasks effectively.
- Strong team management and cross-departmental communication skills.
