Work in the Renewable energy team as a middle office. Our team mainly exports/trades PKS and Wood pellets to Japan, Korea, and Taiwan markets. Recently, we expanded our scope to export/trade UCO (used cooking oil) and tire chips.

- Coordinate on a daily basis between overseas offices (Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, etc.) and the Tokyo office about shipment situation, schedule, etc. via email, Line, and phone.
- Prepare documents to support the team (Claim report, supplier-customer information, etc.), Translate the aforementioned documents (ENG-JP/JP-ENG), Organize the document, etc.
- Prepare document for sustainable certification (FSC, PEFC GGL and other). Provide the certification information to customer-supplier (GGL, ISCC EU, and others) (No background knowledge is required but if the candidate familiar with the certification scheme
- Explore the area for possible team workflow improvement

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree in any related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed
- Good command of Japanese (business level) (JLPT N2 up)
- Good command of English (Intermediate level)
- Able to travel to work in upcountry and overseas
