JOB DETAIL
• Administer and manage compensation and benefits programs.
• Oversee talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
• Conduct employee onboarding and organize training & development initiatives.
• Provide HR support in areas such as leave management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
• Implement and promote HR programs to foster a productive and harmonious workplace.
• Develop and execute HR policies and initiatives.
• Handle performance management tasks and support employee growth.
• Collect and analyze HR data (e.g., time-to-hire, turnover rates) for strategic planning.
• Maintain accurate employee records in both digital and physical formats.
• Enhance job satisfaction through engagement activities, benefits optimization, and team-building events.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Generalist, with a strong focus on HRD.
• In-depth understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and general HR functions.
• Strong English communication skills (must).
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HRIS is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
