JOB DETAIL

- Oversee and manage the maintenance of machinery, facilities, and utilities (water-electricity) in the factory.
- Develop and implement regular maintenance plans in coordination with suppliers.
- Troubleshoot sudden machinery failures and analyze root causes.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to minimize operational issues.
- Manage workforce, budget control, training, and operational management.
- Handle procurement and approval of spare parts, materials, and equipment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Knowledge and expertise in maintenance work.
- Strong leadership skills, including training, task delegation, supervision, and follow-up.
- Ability to make decisions and solve problems effectively under pressure.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills, both internally and externally.
- Possession of a professional engineering license is a plus.
