- Manage the sales operations of the assigned sales team to achieve the established targets.
- Plan and execute the sales project, working closely with the sales team, clients, and supervisors.
- classify and check the sales presentations of employees to maximize product sales.
- Manage the team's discount offerings appropriately and in accordance with the company's policies.
- Analyze the sales performance of the responsible sales team, and develop plans to enhance and optimize sales results.
- Prepare a report on the competitors' activities and market conditions to collaborate with management in sales planning.
- Consistently build strong relationships with existing customers and expand the new customer for the company.
- Prepare sales reports Visiting customers by sales staff to report to management.
- Manage and control the team's spending budget to ensure it does not exceed the allocated budget.
- Define roles and assign tasks to the sales team to stimulate sales performance.
- Perform other assigned tasks.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Both male and female candidates are welcome.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Arts, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum 5-10 years of sales or customer service experience.
- Experience in furniture sales, both domestically and internationally, is preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of the luxury furniture business or related industries.
- Proficiency in English communication (listening, speaking, writing).
- Positive attitude towards sales with an optimistic outlook.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiar with computer programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- High sense of responsibility and emotional control.
- Open to new challenges and able to adapt to changes quickly.
