JOB DETAIL

1. Troubleshoot shortages, delivery delays, etc.
2. Find solutions in collaboration with Customer service department, BOI department, supplier or warehouse with support from Supervisor or higher management
3. Record and follow up purchase orders, delivery schedule, freight control and inventory control.
4. Process receipt of goods
5. Handle Vendor Return Authorization
6. Process inventory transfer (by cases)
7. Do ordering sheet for forecast item and calculate order qty for each item
8. Issue PO based on approved ordering sheet or request/instruction from Customer service and Sales department.
9. Handle short lead time/Urgent/Irregular orders and Pull-in requests.
10. Provide shipping Instruction both air and ocean to supplier

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree of Business Administration or any in related fields.
2. Age 28 - 35 years old
3. At least 3 years' experience in Import-Export in Automotive Industry (Experience in Auto Body parts is preferable)
4. Conversational high level of English (TOEIC 750+)
5. Ability to work under pressure of deadlines
6. Eager to build on your existing skills and to develop your career
7. Able to start working immediately
8. Working experience in Japanese company
9. Working experience in Automotive industries or Trading company
